From 1950 onwards established enviable reputation for the design and manufacture of Quality Towing Equipment, Towing Brackets, Floor Cranes and Caravan Products. Customers included many Vehicle Manufacturers, Public Utilities, Military vehicle manufacturers and caravan users.

1984 Management Buyout and move to 8000m² Modern Factory in Deeside, North Wales. Products include Towing Brackets & Accessories and Cycle Parking Equipment under the Grippa name.

In 1999 acquisition of Rapide boat trailers followed in 2004 by the acquisition of West Mersea boat trailers.

A Dedicated workforce of 50 skilled in machining, welding and assembling of complex mechanical structures designed to meet stringent safety and performance targets within the Military, Automotive and Leisure markets.

Continuous investment in the latest manufacturing equipment including Robot welders, CNC Machining Centres and automated cutting and drilling lines.
