Rapide Trailers are full of unique features that add real benefit to the user.  However there are two new optional extras that we feel are well worth the small investment!

• Flushing system for brake drums
• Bearing savers

The flushing system allows the user to ‘flush’ each brake drum with fresh water via a hose-pipe and the entry point s on the trailer.  This helps remove salt water and deposits and thus pro-longs the life expectancy of the brakes.  This procedure only need occur when the brake drums have been immersed in salt water.

The bearing saver sits in lieu of a dust cap and allows the user to apply fresh grease without over greasing due to a release valve.  Please ensure you periodically check the condition of the grease and bearings.
